Frequently Asked Questions



              
  • 1. How do I place an order?
    Call us at (301) 473-8258 or stop in and see us in person. We do not accept orders via email or fax.
                     
  • 2. How far in advance do I need to place an order?

    If you would like to order something from our regular product line, you can place your order and pick it up the same day if we have it in stock, however, giving us a days notice will insure we bake enough for you and our other customers.

    You must place your decorated cake order 48 hours in advance, though if your order is for the weekend we recommend at least 3 days as sometimes we receive more than we can handle.

  • 3.    Can I place a large order?
     Yes, we do not have a limit as to how large an order can be, though we may require plenty of time to work out the details

  • 4. Do you give discounts for larger orders?
    As generous as we would like to be, unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounts. Our prices are very reasonable.

  • 5. Do you ship your products?
    Not right now, but that doesn't mean we never will in the future.

  • 6. Do you do custom cakes?
    Yes. You may want to come in and look at our cake books, or even speak with a clerk or decorator to see what they can and cannot do. Due to copyright laws we
    are unable to reproduce any material that is trademarked, copyrighted, or rights reserved.
    We welcome any ideas or suggestions you may have, we love getting creative!!!!

  • 7. Do you do wedding cakes?

    No, not at this time



  • 8. I have an allergy to nuts. Is there anything I can get that doesn't have nuts in it?
           There are many things you can get without nuts, but we must advise you that everything we make is made in the same work area as products that have nuts in
    them. Though we try our best to be careful, the kitchen workspace is small and we can't guarantee that any one product has not had contact with a nut product.

    Do you have gift certificates?

How do I pay for my order?
 
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
 
 
11. Do you deliver?
 
 

For large orders of baked goods, call us and see if we can work something out.

 
12. Can you do special orders?
 
 
We consider every order a "special" order, but if you mean something different from our normal products, it would depend on what it is. We will be glad to discuss it with you and hopefully we can accommodate you.
